• Any returned items that do not meet our returns criteria will be sent back to you.
• Please note we only accept returns and refunds on purchases made directly through our website. Any purchases made through our third-party partners must be handled through them.
• If you have received an item that appears faulty, we deeply apologize. Please submit your return or refund request through our Returns Portal.
• If your order came with a gift with purchase, it must be returned with the other items in your order.
• Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift cards.

• Any returns sent to us that have not been submitted via our portal will not be processed.

ÂN-BALM Radiant Hydra-Balm: 6 months— We recommend using ÂN-BALM frequently once it's been opened.

ÂN-DEW 10% Azelaic Acid + PHA Serum: 6 months— We recommend using ÂN-DEW once or twice daily depending on your skin tolerance.
