If you have received an item that appears faulty, we deeply apologize. Please submit your return or refund request through our Returns Portal. A member of our team will be happy to help. Your return request must be made within 20 days of receiving your order. All returns are subject to quality control checks based on our returns policy. Any items returned to us that do not meet our returns criteria will be sent back to you. Please note that we only accept returns and refunds on purchases made directly through our website. Any purchases made through our third-party partners must be handled through them. All returns are subject to a 10% handling fee, up to a maximum of $10.00. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
