Careers
Kitting + Assembly Specialist
We are seeking a Kitting + Assembly Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, floor-based manufacturing environment. If you are detail-obsessed and love working on your feet, you belong on our line.
Key Responsibilities
Line Production & Secondary Assembly
- Execute precision manual sealing and secondary packaging of high-end skincare containers (jars, tubes, bottles).
- Manually place primary packaging into custom inserts, ensuring zero cosmetic blemishes or structural flaws pass through your station.
- Conduct rapid, repetitive manual movements with a high level of dexterity to maintain steady, efficient production line rhythms.
- Keep your designated workstation pristine, organized, and free from any physical chaos or cross-contamination.
Kitting & Unboxing Architecture
- Pre-assemble and bundle multi-product sets, limited-edition seasonal drops, and specialized influencer mailer kits.
- Rigorously arrange custom packaging, including protective partitions, custom-branded boxes, and product inserts, exactly matching the design specs.
- Translate highly aesthetic conceptual packaging ideas into neat, shelf-ready, and retail-compliant finished units.
Precision Labeling & Traceability
- Apply custom labels, tamper-evident seals, and batch/lot codes aligned, no crooked edges, no air bubbles, no exceptions.
- Partner closely with our Quality Control team to log lot numbers and ensure full batch traceability.
- Identify and immediately isolate non-conforming components or cosmetic defects on the line to initiate containment protocols.
Physical Demands & Environment
Must be comfortable standing, bending, and reaching on the production floor for extended periods.
Strength
Ability to lift, stack, and move up to 35–40 lbs of raw materials, packaging components, and finished products as needed.
Fine motor skills required for precision peeling, placing, folding, and securing luxury packaging elements.
Who You Are
- Detail-Obsessed: You notice the micron-level differences. A misaligned label or an uncreased box flap physically bothers you. You refuse to compromise on quality.
- A Scrappy, Hands-on Executor: You thrive on the unglamorous, highly physical reality of a production floor. Rolling up your sleeves and keeping a steady rhythm is your zone of genius.
- A Reliable Teammate: You have an airtight attendance record. In a synchronized line manufacturing environment, you understand that your team relies on your precision and presence every single day.
- Aesthetic Intuition: You instinctively get the ANFISA brand standard. You understand that our products require a flawlessly packaged final product.
Qualifications
- Experience on a production line, warehouse kitting, cosmetic/food packaging, or a fast-paced fulfillment environment is preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven ability to strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

- High comfort level with computer systems and digital inventory management.
- Ability to lift at least 35 lbs overhead and manage the physical requirements of a standing production environment.
- A deep commitment to hygiene, safety, and the "right first time" approach to manufacturing.
